How do I find out about an installation date?
If you’ve just signed a contract, return your signed agreement. We’ll credit check you then the installation team will call you to discuss a convenient installation date and arrangements. Normally this is within one week.
When can I expect my consumables order?
Normally we deliver stock items within 3-4 days. If you order a non-stock item we’ll tell you the estimate delivery date when you placing your order. To chase up an order, call Customer Services at 0870 345 25 10, option 2 and we’ll get onto it.

I’ve received a Waste Transferral Note. What is that for?
Legislation requires you, as a Waste Producer, to establish a Controlled Waste Transfer Note for the waste you consign to us. Ci Business Services is a registered waste carrier and provides this document for you. Your Note is issued annually.

How often will I receive invoices?
As an industry standard, you are billed yearly in advance. We also offer more frequent billing (additional charges apply). More frequent billing can be arranged when you sign your contract, or any time during your agreement period. To change how often you are billed, call Customer Services on 0870 345 25 10, option 2.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by cheques and BACS transfers. We are not able to provide direct debits at this time.
