CIBS Hygiene .comAll services 3 years minimum agreement. Warm air dryers have a 5 year option. All agreements require 3 months notice in writing prior to the anniversary of the agreement otherwise they will automatically run on one year at a time.
PLEASE NOTE: For 1 year agreements 35% will be added to the standard annual cost.
ACCOUNTS
Annual invoices in advance to be paid within 30 days. For more frequent billing Monthly or Quarterly - 5% or 4% will be added to the standard annual cost.
We reserve the right to charge interest on all sums remaining unpaid after the due date, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at the rate the of 8% over the current Bank of England base rate together with late payment charges as set out in the Act.
PLEASE NOTE: cibshygiene.com reserves the right to suspend services if the invoices are not paid by the due date. Services will be restored immediately after receiving the outstanding payment amount in full. During suspension charges will continue to be applied as usual. If any outstanding payment is not received within 60 days of the due date, cibshygiene.com reserves the right to cancel the contract and apply termination billing.
PLEASE NOTE: cibshygiene.com runs a credit control check before the beginning of a new contract.
In the case of not satisfying the credit rating, cibshygiene.com reserves the right to request advance payment prior to installation. If payment is not received the installation will not proceed and the contract will be cancelled.
TERMINATION BILLING
We reserve the right to charge for the period of time remaining within the agreed minimum term of the contract if the contract is cancelled before end of the agreed period. An invoice will be issued for the full amount, payable within 14 days, at the rate specified in the signed contract.
SERVICE
Units will be repaired or replaced free of charge if any are faulty or a health & safety hazard. Units damaged or lost due to vandalism, negligence or wilful misuse will incur additional cost to customer. The additional costs will include new units and installation. cibshygiene.com will replace faulty units within 2 weeks, subject to materials’ availability.
Services may be carried out up to three days either side of the scheduled service date.
Additional service requested by the customer will be carried out within 48 hours. cibshygiene.com will charge £25.00 for every additional service over and above the agreed service frequency.
All units remain the property of cibshygiene.com unless bought out, and will be collected at the end of an agreement. cibshygiene.com will charge for lost/damaged units if an agreement terminates within first 13 months.
cibshygiene.com can take down old equipment. The standard charge is £4.00 per unit and in the case of sanitary bins, covers waste disposal. The standard rate does not apply for warm air dryers and vending machines.
Warm Air Dryers: above service costs are based on electrical spurs already being in place otherwise additional wiring costs may be incurred.
The customer should request in writing 7 days of the free trial period expiring to remove all hygiene service units on trial otherwise those units will automatically be included in a service agreement.
There is a £10.00 annual charge for a waste transfer note as required by law.
PRICE CHANGE
Agreement prices are adjusted on an annual basis.
Consumables prices may be changed without prior notice.
INSURANCE
cibshygiene.com has £5,000,000 public liability insurance and £1,000,000 fidelity cover.
QUALITY CONTROL
All existing approved suppliers and partners are monitored on a continuous basis.
